New Year Kabuki in Asakusa

My husband booked tickets for New Year Kabuki in Asakusa. New Year Kabuki in Asakusa becomes popular due to its main casts.

We go to the matinee, starting from 11:00 on January 4(my husband's birthday!!).
I expect to spend a lot of time and money in Kabuki next year, too:-p

Asakusa-Kabuki's main casts are all young and potential Kabuki Actors; Kantaro & Shichinosuke (Nakamura-ya), Shido(Yorozu-ya), Omezo(Kaga-ya) and Kamejiro(Omodaka-ya). These young stars attract attention from a lot of other world from Kabuki. Especially, Shido, who goes blond, plays in the movie and commercial film of modern car, appears in the front page on several magazines.

Every actor enjoys not only high popularity, ability but much potentiality. Their assertive approaches to other world are well-welcomed.

My favorite is Shichinosuke. Compared with Kantaro(elder brother) whose performance is always stable, Shichinosuke has something...I do not mean negatively... his performance is always varied beyond our expectations. I feel high potentiality to him and I trust he will change dramatically in the future as one of the major Kabuki Actors in Japan.

I am looking forward to going to the play next year :-)
