
(Tsuruse at Yushima: named "Imokko" & "Karigane")
After "Waryoku" seminar, I bought sweets at Tsuruse as usual.
"Imokko"(left): seasonal sweets. shape like potato. white bean jam is used.
"Karigane"(right): gyuhi(*) with dried apricot & bean jam wrapped with pastry(Yum!!)
(*)gyuhi is made of powder of rice cake + suger+ sweet
